Insomnia and the Subconscious Mind.

I’ve forgotten what it’s like to have a normal sleeping pattern.

I gotta admit the title is kinda scary.

In the present world people deal with many problems that lead to stress, anxiety and overthinking.

It’s sad but it’s quite common these days.

I wake up precisely at three in the morning. At first I thought it was okay but it kept happening. Obviously I freaked out.😬

How do I wake up sharply when the clock strikes three?!

I’ve never really got an answer to that. However I have noticed that on the days I overthink I wake up at three or 5 to 10 minutes before. And on the days I don’t overthink I wake up at four.

Still doesn’t help because with less sleep I’m more cranky!

Girls need our beauty sleep to look pretty, right?πŸ˜‚

Even so who are we kidding?

Everything in life is complicated. So is sleeping. ( I don’t know why but I find this funny πŸ˜‚..)

When I mean complicated I meant that our subconscious mind is very well awake while we are asleep.

I have read in an article that a negative or positive dominating thoughts like fear or love make their way to our subconscious mind and influence it.

Since it’s a strong emotion the subconscious empowers it. The negative emotions are stronger than the positive ones.

Thus leading to insomnia.

It is mostly said that repressed feelings and thoughts are the major drawback to your subconscious.

I never took psychology as my major but now I wish I did because it’s damn interesting.

Our mind is very complex and sophisticated. But as humans emotions are meant to be felt. That is what makes us who we are.

Never repress your feelings. Let it out and it will be safely tucked away in the back of your subconscious mind.

This is easy to say… However very difficult to do so.

Simply… Try. There’s nothing wrong in trying.

Stay positive and be positive. Our mind is important for ourselves.πŸ€—πŸ’•

I’m an amateur on this. If your interested you can read this book “The Power Of Your Subconscious Mind” by Dr. Joseph Murphy.

Nevertheless if you prefer reading more complicated psychoanalysis… You can refer the books written by Sigmund Freud.
